We offer returns and exchanges on a case by case basis. If you would like to get a return approved before purchasing, please contact us prior to placing your order and we can advise. We offer exchanges on tops if they are returned in new sellable condition for a different size or style. We do not accept returns panties, thongs, or teddies. Our goal is to make sure you have the best experiences with Ginger & Peach as possible while still maintaining the integrity of our product. We fulfill orders every Monday and Thursday. After placing your order it will be mailed out to you on the following Monday or Thursday and you will receive tracking at that time. We are a small business so please provide grace in our shipping timeline this is a guide and not a promise. If you need your order by a specific date please reach out to us and we can make sure you are taken care of. Priority mail arrives in 2-3 business days within the USA after shipping arrives 2-5 days after shipping.

Wether you are surprising your spouse, ordering a gift, or having someone gather your mail, most people don’t want their mail to scream lingerie! We aim to deliver your order is discreet packaging. Larger orders or ones that are gift wrapped arrive in a plain white box with no mention of lingerie on it. Smaller items arrive in a solid color mailer with no mention of lingerie on it. Our return address states “Ginger & Peach” but omits lingerie from the wording.

If you are gifting and would like a luxury unboxing experience please add our deluxe gift wrap to your cart before checkout. This service can be found on our shop page. We keep our shipping low-cost by eliminating bulk from your packages so expect regular orders to arrive in mailers without a ton of fancy extras. If you would like to upgrade your packaging experience, our gift wrapping includes, a sturdy white embossed box great for storing lingerie in, a satin ribbon great for doubling as a hair bow, and tissue paper. Gift wrapped orders ship in a plain white box to protect the gift wrap inside.

Yes! Full custom styles start at $300 for bra and panty sets and $400 for silk sets or nightgowns. This is just a starting point and prices can go up from there depending on features and fabric. Small alterations are not considered a custom order. Please reach out to us with an alteration request before placing your order if you have on!
